Can anyone advise what date the first game of next season is please?

I'm trying to work out whether it clashes with the Edgbaston Test Match (13th Aug), but can't seem to find the date anywhere.

Not wishing to be a doom and gloom merchant but you would want to check the dates of the Championship as I think they start a week earlier than the prem!

I'm in the same boat Marlon, I even e-mailed the Premier League to ask when it would start. Might way to see if Villa are at home... hopefully there will still be Test tickets left that day.
