Anybody noticed the athletics commentators always seem to say Great Britain, Britain, GB, or Team GB.  Except in the relays where I always hear at some stage they refer to them as Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Is it a BBC directive that if its a team event as opposed to an individual to say that ?
