I had something in my eye when his Mrs and daughter legged it on after.
There is a weight imbalance in Mo's household!

That was a truly, utterly extraordinary evening. Gobsmackingly brilliant.

Farah striding away in the last lap is up there with Pendleton going round the rest of the field like they were on mobility scooters yesterday for best sight of the games for me.

I had something in my eye when his Mrs and daughter legged it on after.

Completely agree, it showed how sport can emotionally effect so many people.

Anyone else find themselves thinking that Laura Trott is a bit of alright?

She is indeed.

I did spend a lot of time today wondering how the hell Andy Murray managed to hit a tennis ball with the gorgeous Laura Robson wiggling her arse five feet in front of him.

Yesterday was the best one day of the Olympics I can remeber. Started off in late eveining watching two golds and a silver in the rowing (take that NZ :)), finishing with me waking up this morning in time to watch three gold medals in the track and field. I felt so proud to be British all day, it's been great.
