I'm concerned about his right hand and the way he's biting his lip.

No wonder he always injured. Didn't think I could hate him more.

Oh yeah.. poor kid. Destined to never go far in a national tournament.

Where as if he declared for England.......

He could have his hopes and dreams crushed by being expected to go far but ultimately failing everytime.

There is one Stoke fan who has to be quite the ugliest, thickest looking individual I have seen in a long time. He must be about 15 but appears to have the sort of face you'd get if you had inflated Norman Wisdom's head with a bicycle pump...

Conviently erases the rest of my post...

And our defence was incompetent when we were chasing the Champions League dream? We had a solid defence under O'Neill. When Macheda scored against us the first time they had Ronaldo who scored 43 goals in that season.

And yea, it seems that some ppl don't like Macheda just because he has scored two goals against us. Strong logic there. "I don't like that greasy dago 'cos he scored two goal against us herp derp".

Wasn't that the same defence that had let in two very late goals against Stoke and 5 against Liverpool at about the same time as this 3-2 match. It had Curtis who was was carrying his shoulder injury and rapidly circling the drain leading to mediocrity sewers and Shorey who was playing on the side ManU had all three goals set up from.

I remember they had Ronaldo that season as he scored two goals against us that match. Or were you insinuating that Macheda was getting into the side ahead of him?

Whislt I typed Stoke have now got Palacios as well. One we should have definitely been in for.

You can see why he did not want the Villa job though. Same story here as there really, just we sold before them.

Were McLeish and Arteta at Rangers together? In fact was Arteta ever at Rangers or have I confused him with someone else.

'Arry Bassett and Iain Dowie.  You'd find more brain cells in the bottom of a portaloo.

I was just thinking, imagine being stuck in a lift with Dowie, Bassett and that ****** Jim White.

Couldn't agree more, how could you possibly do her the justice she so richly deserves and then do 90 mins.

Urgh look at those Stoke fans... the dregs of society.

Gormless is not the word. I don't think I have ever seen so few brain cells on show before, including those present in the SSN studio. Ian Dowie makes Micky Quinn look like Einstein. Unbelievable hype about the most average bunch of players you could ever wish to imagine - Crouch, Jerome, Yakubu, Palacios etc, etc. All brilliant according to Ian 'Bamber Gascoigne' Dowie whilst that utter twat Jim White shouts at everyone as if they are across the other side of the world. I don't even think Arteta is that good a signing - injury prone and he went off the boil for me last season. Otherwise, I am quite enjoying it...   ;-)
Haha completely agree.

But it's just all the hype that surrounds "Deadline day"... they need to crank it up a few notches to bring in the viewers i.e. Kaka to Spurs - it's funny and annoying at the same time, it's kind of exciting if you support one of the teams that are signing players on deadline day.

Can't believe how much money Stoke are spending. Jerome, Crouch and Palacios... all typical Stoke players. Rory delap will be having wet dreams at launching balls into Crouch.

And Arteta, nice player but not sure if he has what it takes to fill Fabregas' boots. We shall see though. Probably the best Arsenal could hope for with not long left.

Jenas is the only player to be injured due to busted banjo string.
