With Young sold and Lichaj injured Hutton is a deal that makes sense. Edna will provide some decent defensive cover when he joins up too.

It's Jenas I don't see the sense in. I've never fancied him and he's neither a good defensive midfielder nor a thrilling attacking one. The epitome of the mediocre English midfielder. I'd rather we played Bannan or Gardner and bring through a youngster or play Ireland who can do something thrilling (even if it is through his own shit at the Witton). Jenas is like Sidwell.

And we still haven't sorted out the defensive midfielder we've needed for years.

Its just to appease deluded spurs fans they feel they have to be linked to these players. Theres no chance i will instead champion kaka for villa !
