Realistically then, which players should avfc go for which will bring back the crowds to villa park?

I agree, Cole for Heskey and Jenas for Petrov. Team is instantly improved in my opinion.

Cole on loan would be fine. We have to accept that, for now, this is the market we are operating in and if he comes with the attitude that he's got something to prove then it could be a useful signing.

Why? The only good in signing Jenas would be if those working in the Bodymoor Heath treatment room haven't got enough work to fill their day.
