It's interesting that aside from Man U getting their stuff done, Sunderland signing an entire squad of average footballers, and Liverpool doing a bit of business, not much else has happened with almost every other club. Even the players that we've been seriosuly linked with still haven't gone anywhere. I think Adam was guaranteed for Liverpool because Holloway has a Kenny tattoo on his dick that extends as far as King Kenny ever time his hero talks or is on TV. But it's not like we've really missed out on anyone.

A lot of posturing, a lot of evaluating, especially from us and Chelsea with new managers. I think Mcleish wants to get a really good look at what he has before getting involved, and as very frustrating as it can be for us, it's very understandable. We know we need a keep and a player to replace Ash, but I don't feel bad about the other players we've lost.
