SKYSPORTS NEWS UNDERSTANDS THAT SOURCES CLOSE TO CHARLIE WEBSTER SAYS MAZRIM MAKES HER DRIP LIKE A FUCKED FRIDGE
Eastie must be asleep to miss that.

No Its bollocks , Charlie Webster was in my bed when that story broke, and the only sources close to her was the raspberry ripple I was licking.

Christ, who'd want dross like Wes Brown? Or John O'Shea who has managed to look acceptable by dint of being surrounded by world class players.

Wickham seems to be the best deal they've done...get some good stuff out of him 'til he is "discovered" by one of Sky 4...the others give them grit and experience, little else, but that's the way they've played for years. For Sunderland they're good business; for any club with genuine ambition beyond survival, they're not!

Whickham is potential, Vaughan on a free may be decent as may Westwood and larsson but bringing in 9 new faces it will take time to gel- mid table for them at best.

When I first saw John O'Shea at VP I was sitting in the family bit of the Trinity stand, right down close to the corner flag under the restaurant.  He loomed over the Villa players (when anybody got in the corner) like the Honey Monster.  Big bloke. And very  frightening to my 8 - year old nephew at the time!

No doubt Ferguson is preparing his "Brucey has bought two quality players there etc etc" speech right this moment.  And pissing himself laughing.

Fergie must be pissing himself at getting hard cash from Mr Potato Head for those two!

Wasn't able to post yesterday. Just like to say that the Club have done absolutely the right thing in rejecting £15M and stating  "not at any price" for Twat Downing. However I don't really rate him and if we can get £20M ...kinchinnnng!

Youngs money has covered the bent deal. If the Downing money covers the Given,Parker,Nzogbia deals I believe will be moving forward again.

I probably would have taken Wes Brown at that price TBH.  Not being good enough to start regularly for Man U and not being good enough for us are two separate things.

They are indeed.

I reckon he's both, though.
