If Wes Brown ends up as make weight in  fee we should be getting for Ash than I will be livid. Faulkner wake up and  just like last year when you got duped into a bad deal with  Gary C*ck  by swapping Ireland  don't fall for it again. Get real ££££££££££££'s from Manure for Ash so that we can sign Walker.

Maybe that's the reason why Fergie was so keen to endorse McCleish?   He doesn't shit if it doesn't benefit Man Utd first and last.

He'd certainly bring the age average of the team up a notch or two. Would he have the hunger to play for us after leaving Man Ure?
If he wants to prove a point to his current Alex then, come on down, if the price is right.

Goalkeepers. I don't think we should go for Foster. He is  not  the sort of GK we need to replace Brad. He is another Carson. We need Shay Given.

My theory is as Sunderland are about to sign Keiron Westwood on a free, & Potato Head seems to rate Mingolet more than Gordon, I can see McLeish keeping the Scottish blood flowing in getting Gordon.

Thiago of Barcelona B is being linked with Bolton. Well infact they're after him for £7m with Barca having a buy back clause (probably a lot higher).

It's essentially a 2-3 year loan signing, but the kid looks like he's gonna be fantastic. Potential world beater.

Wes Brown?  Dear god. The downsizing has started.

Thiago will be an incredible player. Scott Brown no thanks, we will get better quality and value from the continent. I hope AM tries to look towards central Europe.

brown is easily a step up from anything we have - who would he not get in our team in front off now?

would collins or dunne keep him from centre back? maybe luke young at right back?

wise up - brown (as indeed would o'shea) would stroll into our defence

Sorry it's Wes Brown, well he's not great either and the point of value being more readily available abroad applies.

Alex McLeish will have a £40m war chest to help him hit the ground running in his new job at Aston Villa. Full story: Sunday Mirror

Brown is fucking rubbish.

He's the classic example of "shit player who gets on because he plays with lots of really good ones". I hope that's not the kind of deal we're mooking around at.

if they want Young, they can give us the money, not a not-very-good player who is clearly going to be coming here to coast.
