Well to be expected for Spurs no champs league player's want to go ..just like us ...however I suspect they will do a better job in player recruitment that us ,they have one of those scouting netwrok thingies we seem to do without ...

Yeah, Hutton is a good player. Solid enough defensively and pretty good going forward, so would be a good signing in my opinion.

Hutton is a god full back, and was great for McLeish at Rangers. I would have thought it would be fairly cheap too.

A few years back Hutton looked a class act. Too many injuries since however. If he could recapture that form, he'd be a good signing. McLeish got the best out of him I'd guess.
If we got in Dann, Foster and a left back too, we'd be solid I think. Perhaps as McLeish is similar in style to O Neill, Dunney might raise his game again. And Collins.
