I'm looking at:

out: Warnock, Beye, A Young, Heskey, Carew, Ireland (although annoyingly he's almost exactly the player we need to play in a 4-3-3!) - £26m

in: keeper, Walker if at all possible though I doubt it, Samba / Johnson, Olsson, N'Zogbia, Ba, attacking midfielder (not sure who) - £45m.

I'd rather we looked for some of our signings from further a field, likely to be better value. Also not too keen on signing lots of players from teams scrapping at the bottom.

Which is what I believe we will do if GED if healthy enough to stay on. His network really is key to bringing down our wage bill.

Both Maz. Both are young and exciting and would give us a bit of genuine flair to replace Ash.

If we're looking for a replacement for Ash I'd go for that Adel Taarabt - there's rumour he'll look to leave QPR if/when they sack Warnock.  19 goals from midfield would do nicely thanks!
