Barton just cannot help himself.
Leopard, spots and all that.

The bloke would be a fucking liability at our club.

Aye.

Wouldn't want his next inevitable meltdown to be whilst he's our player. Would have been keen a few years back- in MON's debut season when we were first linked - but not now.

We are trying to get rid of troublemakers in the squad and Barton would be worse than anything we have in the way of trouble, a decent enough player maybe but not the sort of character we want around our squad- let him rot on Tyneside.

Barton will end up at SHA at some point, that club is a magnet for sewer rats

Barton did nothing for me yday.I've always thought he's not a bad footballer, who is just a bigger knob than most footballers, and yday proved it.

For me , a more mobile, quicker player alongside Makoun, is the base we need for next season.

Enrique was very good yday, and if Lplop have the money then he would probably be his preferred destination. But he is the kind of LB we need.

Hope Walker keeps playing like yday, because then we might get him.

I think GH will go for pacy, mobile, versatile footballers in the summer, and i think it couls be a vey exciting summer.

Barton has had a good season and he isn't a bad player, but I wouldn't want him in our shirt,he would gaunrantee some sort of incident during the saeson, and we could do alot better.

I think we'll see the best of Makoun next season,he's always got his head up and can spot an early pass, like the one he did for Bent, but he wasnt completely accurate with them all,and you could sense that he was getting frustrated with himself, but he'll come good. I wonder if GH will go back in for the young French captain?

Yep,thats him. Wasn't sure if he just had a slight injury and maybe we'd go back for him in the summer.

I am convinced we will. Pretty sure this one will be nailed on.

Didn't he sign a new contract with Le Havre?

Is Fofana taller and more physical than Makoun ?
I think we need a bit of height and muscle in the middle now
