I think his confidence took a bit of a battering in the defeat at Man City, both by how he was taken apart on the pitch and also by the comments made by GH afterwards.

This is just the thing he needs to go out and regain his confidence and let's see if he really has got it to succeed in the PL.

He did a decent job on Bale at VP. Sending out on loan won't do him any harm whatsoever though.

Should be bloody good for them. He managed to mark Bale out of the game at Villa Park and looks solid and useful going forward. Also his long-throw is pretty handy too.

Hope he does well, but not well enough for Leeds to come up.
