Why does he get gardening leave? This suggests disciplinary issues to me.
I think three things have contributed to us being where we are.The first was MON leaving, which, no matter how much Villadawg would doubtless prefer us not to think about any more, fucked up the season right from the off.The second was the collection of a truly hideous run of injuries, which would have tested any manager or club, let alone one with a patchy squad with notable weaknesses like ours. The third has been Houllier not delivering the results he should have. I can see what he is trying to do, and I like the way he likes us to play, but he has also conspicuously failed to deliver anything like a decent run of results. Long term, I like his thinking. Short term, it really has been very poor indeed.

We're not the first team to lose a manager unexpectedly and we coped well enough initially, the 10 points from our first 6 games was a perfectly decent start to the season. And yes, there was a period when we seemed to have an inordinate amount of injuries. The point I was trying to make to tonto is that regardless of these type of mitigating factors, we shouldn't be in a relegation battle. I've no doubt that the West Brom manager will have had more difficult mitigating factors to deal with than the Villa manager.

Now you've turned to name calling like hawkeye because you can't make your point in a reasonable manner. How very, very pathetic of you and sad.

Lovely Tipton is the real mix between Dog Heads and the Tesco Bags.

I don't really understand how it can be considered an insult though. I mean imagine if I suddenly decided that VD was an insulting term...Oh! Hold on a second....
Can I just point out that West Brom are terrible, and I hope Jeremy Peace gets a fungal infection up the crack of his arse? Thanks
