Anyone know if Sky Sports shows previously hosted by Gray & Keys have had a drop in viewing figures since the sacking/resignation?

Welcome back Andy and Keysie.

Yes, they way they've risen above adversity, and struggled their way back to the "top", after a full two weeks without a job should be an inspiration for all other unpleasant, petty minded, bigoted relics.

Tim - are you taking the piss in your odd back slapping well done lads comments of 2 grossly over paid men that are over grown oafs with little personality and much publicised misguided views? Well played lads? Seriously - they are on over 200k each to chat about sport on the radio. Even Darren Gough manages it. Amazing.

As for your comment re Ron and not many liking it - again - what? Most on here I would think are still very fond of Ron and his days at Villa.

Good, that's that sorted then.

PS. What's 'odd' about saying what I feel - I am not joining the 'I hate Gray and Keys brigade - SORRY Ozzjim.

You have feelings on the subject of 2 blokes that have been paid millions to abuse their position and then walked into another job like their old mates? Worrying Tim.

Not to forget that they were rubbish at their job too. That's my biggest bugbear about them. It seems that TTV is one of those that likes smug, lowest common denominator punditry. Which is totally fine, but just don't expect everyone else to accept it.

It's difficult to get the balance right, though. I always used to like Peter Brackley with Ray Wilkins on Football Italia, plus James Richardson (whose stuff is still very good these days) as the presenter, but I can see that those three probably wouldn't be right for Sky's coverage.

I think they were the best I have seen Paulie in terms of knowledge and presentation skill. Wilkins always seems to have a calm sense about him too.

What's coming through is that they were clearly hated before this erupted and it's just venting old feelings - negative ones, and not a lot to do with recent events....
Almost all non pint drinking females that I know think it's funny - they arent upset one jot!
It was funny listening to Keys taking up the 'how low ' competition today mind !!

bloody hell Tim. I know each to their own opinion and all that, but those two are just nasty pieces of work that have taken advantage of all and sundry, aside from their bigoted or prejudiced views. Remember, what we heard was just them being sloppy. You know full well they've probably said a lot worse and never been caught. They are exactly the type of people that should be called out, which it seemed they were until Talksport had them join their old boys network instead. You don't have to hate them, but tell me they aren't the types of people you'd endorse either.

When Keys did that appearance on TalkSport, I didn't imagine at the time that that was his job interview. Anyway, fuck Keys and fuck Gray. They've found their ideal location in that cess-pit of a radio station. If it means I never have to listen to them again, even by accident, then that's fine by me.

Where am I coming from then ?

I just don't have the venom against them - I think they're typical middle aged blokes who took their jobs for granted - however have done more good than harm during the past 20 years.

Neither in their jobs or private lives they are not perfect by a long chalk.

Villa fans sang 'Andy Gray my Lord' at Blackpool, nothing said about that here, well, I haven't seen it !

I do not condone their actions OJ.

They've acted as the face of the most pernicious entity in the history of association football. What good have they done?
