I was assuming it was the daghter of the YT user micflair, and that CC had posted it on his Facebook (the "My Daughter" bit is in the title of the video on youtube, rather than what he's posted).

Just googled for some, erm, evidence and found this http://tinyurl.com/5s9pdz6 from VT. 

It's the daughter of a poster on there, funnily enough with same username as on YouTube.....
