Makoun lost the ball there. First time tonight as far as I've noticed

At least Everton, Baggies and Sunderland are all losing.  We haven't lost ground tonight really.   :-\

Have been really impressed with Makoun tonight. Doesn't give the ball away and seems to do all the simple things well. Plus he's a lot more forward thinking than sideways/backwards Stanley!
Just hope Bradley comes in and cements his place next to Makoun, so we can leave Petrov well alone!

Whatever the result it's been good to see us have a real go tonight

We said this about the Bersonator. But yes, I agree.

Berson was cool but took half an hour to do anything - makoun is quick to think

I find it incredible that Petrov has had a hussy fit at being taken off. Let's hope that's the last we see of him, been shite all season.

I agree.

I can't remember the last time we gave the ball away so infrequently, and passed it around so well.

We've played pretty well, they've played better.

Albrighton looks out of sorts.

He has for a long time in my opinion.

H&V's been on the blink for me since half-time so I meant to respond to this earlier.

Albrighton's been arguably our best player this season!

I reckon that should have been handball as Van der Sar carried the ball out of the area
