Different manager but the same poor team selection for the opposition at hand.
GH:   A few basics:
•   Don’t play 3 wide players in a team like ManU at OT
•   Stan isn’t up to a game like this
•   This team (as per my pre match thread) would have been better equipped:
              Friedel,
Walker, Collins, Dunne, Carlos
                 Clark
Albrighton Bannan Makoun Young
                  Bent
Let’s see what he does at HT?

Haven't managed to see most of the game, but saw the goals and they both came from slack defending. Nicely finished by Rooney yes, but he should never have had the chance to get the shots away in the first place, poor marking by both Dunne and Collins.

Bannan's just tweeted  "Where the fuck am I" #FF RT @dwhandv

no wonder why he's playing so shit then. Should be concentrating on the game and not his frigging iphone.

VStreams showed first half highlights and we didn't get any air time - just wave after wave of Utd attacks.

Didn't expect anything - so won't be disappointed - would love to see Bradley and Makoun together.

TBF to Dunne and collins they are being made to look like they are having a shocker by their movement and incisiveness (glass half empty)

Lots of nice square balls, absolutely fuck all else. Get Albrighton off, Young out wide and Gabby up front.

Carlos as LB. Are you sure? And both goals have been wholly or partly down to the same two CB that you have chosen.

Great break there and I think Bent was tripped in the area.

Is Ashley Young actually playing - never seen a game where he has had so little of the ball
