Thought Pires showed the odd glimpse at Sheffield United that he could still pick a pass. Fair play for getting the goal.

Now pissing about with the ball and giving it away.

A goal out of nothing. The veteran Frenchman siezes upon a loose ball in penalty area to lash a crisp half-volley past Robinson. Superb technique.

He will be a considerably better player if he answers his vast potential.

By all accounts Uncle Bob scored a cracker. I don't know why but I actually want him to do well for us.
