Ahhhhh; the fresh smell of optimism.
« on: January 21, 2011, 07:40:49 PM »
You just cant beat a new transfer arriving at the club can ya?
All those blues oops!! downcast faces and talk of relegation, and all the other depressing stuff blown out the window for a time with the arrival of a big record signing. So already the club is reaping some rewards already on the terraces from D.Bs arrival.
Should make the athmosphere at V.P tomorrow one to savour, and this will transfer from the stands onto the pitch.
The season now starts afresh tomorrow night imo, and the only way to go is UP!!
Am i the only one feeling a new buzz?

This week I've forgot all about our league position, its been a quality week, lets hope it continues.  I hope we dont have another Sunderland like setback tho.  Im excited but can't help but think the worst, the life of a Villa fan I suppose!

If anyone is struggling for a ticket for the Blackburn match - I've got a couple going spare (Doug Ellis Upper).

I think they have said his first game will be against Wigan, he will just be introduced tomorrow!

Hard to believe we're still deep in the shit. I've completely forgotten about it this week.

Yes, know what you mean. Then you see the league table and realise we are only 2 points off West Ham.
