Was that the original audio broadcast as well? Talk about a one-sided, "how dare Villa show up and think they might win this" wankfest.

...especially when Kanchelskis was sent off - the commentators were nearly in tears. "Oh what a horrible, unfair piece of legislation!" "So sad, that's so sad!" FUCK OFF YOU TOSSERS!

If the commentary included Kevin Keegan saying "he doesn't have to do this" just before the red card was waved at Kanchelskis then, yes, its the original audio. I did have the tape of it somewhere.

I was a bit pissed at the game and managed to miss three of the four goals, a personal best that was only beaten recently when we lost to Arsenal and I missed four of the six.

We played really well in the final, you forget how good Staunton was for us, and how terrible Tony Daley's crossing was.

Yep - heard that as well. Pathetic.

Absolutely brilliant day out; travelled down with my mate who was a Man Ure fan on the United special train. I remember grinning like a Cheshire cat all the way home on a dry train and made my mate come back to mine at 2am to watch the match on video after getting mullered in the local Irish club!

Oh and all drinks paid for by Man Citeh fans too; great days!
