Listening to Paul Franks on the radio

Him and his 'reporter' outside didn't understand where the money had come from and played "what if" saying had MON had £24m would he have stayed?

I'm not having a go at their fans, I've met some nice ones. That doesn't mean they are a big club. In any case, interesting shirt number for Darren.

Woe, woe - thrice woe. I might as well be consistent.

Fair play. And if you predict disaster at the Villa you are always right eventually.

Crap squad number, 39! Can't we just give Ireland his P45 so Bent can have 9?!?

That's for next season.  Also - record signing gets shirt number 39 makes our squad look massive!

This is  very strange for a Villa fan since 1960.

All together now -we paid a record fee for a centre forward -striker whatever-who has scored more than anyone but two in five years.

Ambition?

Poor Potato Head, he must be very sad tonight.

He must feel worse than when Hendrie shagged his daughter and then slapped him one

Steve Bruce rates Ireland very highly , he has tried to get him before, I was a little suprised he wasnt in the deal..

Thats why I think SI and Houlier have had some kind of meeting and maybe SI has said he wants to get his head down and give it his all.   Im not sure , but I would have thought Bruce would have wanted to take him...

Nobody has yet worked out that Randy has probably made a few bob since September. If you watch the Stock Market it has been rising steadily since September so

1.    The Milner money will be worth more
2.    Some of the money Randy may have lost in the crash will have returned if he didn't sell his investments
Plus
3.    The club shop has probably got plenty of this season's shirts left

Good business sense - no longer are we being run by a cheap holiday salesman.
