He's gone there and scored 30 odd league goals in 18 months so they were always going to make a profit on him.

Funny how quickly it can all change round, first Makoun, now Bent were gonna have a good look about the team.  Its good to feel excited about the Villa again after the last 6 months or so, makes it all worth while

Why do people still think Liverpool are a big club? They're still in huge debt and couldn't afford Bent at £19M - they can't afford Downing either - Torres will off come the summer anyway
