My son reads a subReddit r/UrbanHell and he noticed something familiar in a photo of LUNÍK IX, Košice, Slovakia. The biggest slum in European Union apparently…

Moved to South Devon in January 2021 and had a procession of builders and tradesmen in the house and garden since August.

Electrician - Villa fan.
3 different labourers - Villa fans
Glaziers - Villa fan (even had an AV reg on their van)

Pet Shop owner - Villa fan

Low points - metal fabricator was a Baggie and saw a small child in a Blues top a few weeks ago, reported to social services.

Quite honestly we're fucking massive.

I've spoken to a friend tonight who has just come back from a holiday in Dubai where he encountered a waiter in his hotel who was from Kazahstan. The waiter was interested in Football and wanted to know which teams the British party he was serving followed. Before answering they asked who he supported. The Kazakh guy replied 'Aston Villa'. Our reach appears to be increasing.

OTOH you could see why we'd appeal to a supporter of Astana FC if he were looking for an English team to follow.

It's far from impossible that that's the reason.

Saw a bloke in a Villa t shirt at baggage claim in Palma airport on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I offered an "up the Villa" but he seemed preoccupied. No problem, it had been a stressful task getting through passport control.
