Any one hear her on R5 yesterday, at the end asked why she supported Aston Villa, she seemed very knowledgeable about the club, said she didnt think Houlier was the right man for us.

I thought the reason she supported Villa was because of the presence of McGrath, Houghton, Staunton and Townsend during the mid-1990s. I didn't listen to the programme and Hawkeye didn't say why.

(Of course, Townsend's accent really comes through when he's being a pundit  ;) )

I am sure she was on some quiz show, maybe question of sport, and she got up and pulled up her trouser leg to show that she was wearing villa socks - actually maybe it was "They think its all over"

It was "They Think Its All Over." It's also how I know why she's a fan.
