T'was I was at VP when he signed and the first I knew was his jersey being behind the counter with his name and number on it, I thought it was a joke at first.

?
Been told by a very, very reliable source at the club that he has signed.  No reason whatsoever to doubt the info, been right every other time.

Well we can stop talking about him, who else are we getting. At least with Houllier we are being associated with a better class of rumour.

Was also told that he seems a nice enough fella but has an unusually large head for his stature, make of that what you will.  I've not seen the chap with his pen & contract myself, but then I don't work at Bodymoor Heath.  Guessing it will be officially confirmed over the weekend.

Strange isn't it. Bottom 3 but linked with better players than MON. Just need him to get it right on the pitch. Chuffed with Makoun, he has looked good in the CL games I have seen, their coach clearly wants him to stay and is 27, which is a good age for our midfield.

Now, left back, another centre mid and a striker please Gerard if you have a moment. I want Lord Frodsham, scoring for fun in Greece and has the best hair do in the game. Could be a real Hotle End hero.

Great. We've signed Sam Allardyce.
