Now that the poll has been running for a while, 24 people backing GH, 120 people sacking GH.

I wanted to see when did the people 'sacking him' loose faith with the guy. When was enough?

Also with the people 'backing him' what would need to happen to change your vote? Lose to them/ Relegation zone in March/ Relegated etc.

Personally he lost me as a supporter with the performance and interview after the Liverpool game.
