Happy New Year to everyone on here. Let's hope for a successful 2011 both personally and off course with our beloved Villa. I'm off to dinner with Mrs TV. Enjoy the evening, stay safe.

I'm at work, so Bollocks once again.

Triple time style bollocks though.

And I'm at work on a rota'd shift so it's normal pay.

Fucksocks and bollock.

Happy New Year to everyone. I hope if 2010 has been difficult for you 2011 is easier and if 2010 has been fantastic, I hope 2011 is phenomenal. That includes you Mr H and the team....

Things I always want from every New Year:

1) Villa to win the FA Cup
2) Liverpool to get relegated
3) The Smiths to reform and tour
4) Marion Cotillard to realise she'll only be happy with an overweight bloke from Walsall
5) To finally finish one of the half-dozen books I started writing the previous year

The amazing thing is, at 2am on New Year's Day, all five are still technically possible. Happy new year all!

2010 was pretty shite. So close yet so far from winning something. Losing our best performer of the year and ending the year looking like our best player is off.

Hopes for 2011: Ged adds 2 quality, experienced players (centre half and centre forward), 2-3 exciting prospects, a 'keeper on a pre-contract, ships out Davies, Beye, Sidwell, Carew and fails to renew the contracts of Pires and Friedel.

We finish comfortably in the top half, SHA go down, Ged moves upstairs, David Moyes pitches up who's first act is to build the team around Ireland, give Ashley the captaincy and tie him down to a 4 year deal and is funded with the Milner money.

Randy brings the North Stand screen back, The General returns and season tickets prices are frozen.

Elsewhere: Bale moves to Man Utd, Fabregas and Modric to Barcelona, Daglish gets the Liverpool job with Carragher as #2, Milner hands in transfer request, England hire 'Arry, Ashley fails to sell Newcastle, Leeds don't come up, Fist-Face's fetish of centre halves continues and signs Dunne, Martin O'Neill gets the Blackburn job.

Sweet.
