Did your reply come before or after the 2nd leg of the Tranmere game ?

Before amazingly, and it was just the usual brush off "the manager has noted your comments and thanks you for your concern/support" stuff.

I remember getting back from Bolton and being incandescent with rage. My now ex-wife uttered the immortal "its only a game" line and I lost it completely!!!

That Bolton game was a weird one, I've never seen as much arguing amongst our fans as that one.

vows also to ignore his manager's advice.

never mind the bit about Gabby I just love the link further down that page with front pages from the Aussie papers after us winning the Ashes. The headline "POMS URN THE RIGHT TO DO STUPID DANCE" above the picture of Strauss & Co doing The Sprinkler, sounds like it was written by Crocodile Dundee.

No league goal yet this season and a diabolical attitude to boot. Really thought he was excellent last season and had developed into a fine lone front man. This season is some nightmare.

I'm interested to know how you find he has a disbolical attitude? surely if this was the case the club wouldn't have just handed him a 5-year mega deal? or would they?

Good to see we're after another 'next Patrick Vieira too'. The last one was fantastic.

Gabby just needs to gets his form and confidence back. I don't think there is anything wrong with his attitude it is just that he is not in the groove and coming back from injury things are not gelling.

He is one of us and loves the club.

Gabby always tries.

He doesn't get a lot of support at the moment, but we Villa fans love a trier !
