Chelsea is usually a good day out but the early kick off puts the damper on this one.

I'm not holding out much hope but stranger things have happened and we may get a draw!

I wasn't convinced by Chelski this morning, but they weren't as bad as Villa were against City. Therefore only a 2-1 win (if Ashley is fit). Otherwise 3-0 to them.

Anything under a 2 goal defeat is a good result isn't it at the moment!

I would go 4-4-2 with Young behind Gabby, Reo Coker and Petrov centre and maybe bring Clark in alongside Collins with Cuellar right back. Might even give Guzan a game.

Can't see us getting anything from this one.
Thought bolton did very well but we don't have that physical presence to bother essien etc like they did.
It's become that bad that I'd be happy if we at least showed up and battled for every ball like wolves did at anfield, show some pride ffs.
Come on villa

Chelsea are an ageing side and not the force they were, i am more optimistic about getting something out of this than about City. Will AY be fit to play? that will have a big bearing but i will plump for 1-1 and the start of our revival.

I'm going to go for a draw as well.  Not good enough to get us out of relegation trouble, but enough for Houllier to keep his job.

3-0 defeat....can't see anythig else right now. As off form as they are, they will be too much for us.

We're doomed.  Anything under a 4/5 goal pasting would be a bonus at the moment.

3-0 Villa.  Terry O.G., Cole O.G. and Drogba O.G.  Drogba gets so p***** off with the other two, he kicks it in his own net.  Can't see Villa scoring any other way.

Wakes up and ......

Easy 3-0 win for Chelsea with Villa battling hard but never looking as though they can get anything out of the game.

Guys remember Chelsea are not a free scoring power house of last season, they are in a real mess and just scraped a 1 ink against Bolton, so are still fragile.

You never know, this is football.
