Sky is the worst thing ever to happen to football.   It has infected our national game with greed and egos.   Sky money is the drug and unfortunately all the clubs are now hooked and need it to survive.

That's abit of ignorance there

Which bit of my post was ignorant?

I'd agree there seems to be a

Calling peoples acceptance of Sky pathetic, saying sky only help the top four, it's just jumping on the band wagon of sky bashing.

In my opinion Sky should be able to pick which games they show which sways towards the top teams. The only problem I have is how the money is dished out.

I think all 20 clubs should receive the same TV money regardless of how often they are on sky, but don't the Premier league dish the money out?

We cannot change this, so we have to play by their rules, meaning I want Villa on Sky as much as possible to increase our turnover, it's a sad predicament to be in but what can we do?

Despite Villa's clear reluctance to clear the gangways/car parks etc the ref doesn't postpone it. Spurs stroll to a 3-0 half-time lead with the Sky lot excitedly talking about the PL trophy going to WHL.
But due to the late kick off the pitch freezes over and it is abandoned in the 57th minute.

A reinvigorated Villa, with all their new signings, stroll the replayed match 4-1 in March.

If they've any sense they'll wait to see what thaws and clear the rest in the days leading up to the match.

If it does get abandoned when we're losing it will make up for when the cheating bastards ran all over our pitch to get a Cup game that we were winning called off. They won the restaged tie.

Not sure if mentioned anywhere else but Petrov and Delph back in full training. This game will be too soon but maybe a bench place.....? Anyway, good news.

We can win this one if we pack the midfield and deny their creative players space, but I have this horrible worry of Luke Young against Gareth Bale. To play Bale your positioning has to be just right, and honestly Young's positioning at full back can be frighteningly poor - and then he dives in. If he does this then frankly we could fine ourselves two or three down before we know what's hit us, it's game over and we're staring at a thrashing.

Is this a good time to say that I really, really, don't like Spurzz??

They're the most annoying team from London.

All I want for Christmas is a win.

There's no more snow forecast till Boxing Day for B6 so not clearing any of the areas around the ground by now would seem a bit of a cockup already.
When will the pitch be inspected ?
Any news at all from the club ?
