A quote of the media section for on the OS Friday media watch today:
"Independent: The departure of Chris Hughton from Newcastle has paved the way for Stephen Ireland to make a January move to Celtic"
Have I missed something or have they?

Maybe Hughton was after him on loan up at Newcastle?
