With their best 3 players out and Ngog and Babbel upfront,i'd be gutted if we get turned over badly. Hopefully Albrighton hasnt been rushed back to soon,i really fancy his chances up against Konchesky . Up The Villa.

Fernando Torres's missus has gone into labour? That's great. I'm all for homo-parental households.

Brilliant. Still don't hold out much hope.

I still think we're a man down with Ireland in the side.

Maybe he'll be better tonight. Maybe.

I don't feel all that comfortable about this game (or any game at the moment) - all teams i support have a shit second half of 2010.

I just cannot fathom why Fatty Arburkle is still playing.

He better not fuck up tonight.

Better team news. We've lost two from last week and gained one. Dunne still in at the back - does he have to defile Houllier's dear old mother to get dropped or what? Still, we have no chance of winning here, I'm afraid. Which is the perfect set-up for being proved wrong...

Torres out should be great news.

But our defence has been shown up by far weaker forward lines than Babbel and N'Gog. You'd have to go a long way to find a more ineffective front pair than Cameron Jerome and Zigic. If that inept bunch could give Dunne and Collins the runaround anyone can.

Will Ireland will put a shift in tonight just to show Liverpool who they should be buying in the transfer window?
