Bit annoyed that the Birmingham Mail site is running the video and condemning villa fans fro wrecking toilets at the game, while there is not a jot of a mention that the blues fans did the same during the league game at Villa Park.

Me too, how on earth did this get on Youtube ?
Ooh, I know this.

Someone uploaded it there.

You know that anyone can upload anything they want onto YouTube?

A font of oh so clever knowledge ( again).

Sarky is NOT clever - it's fucking stupid.

Dictionary.com describes the use of sarcasm thus:
In sarcasm, ridicule or mockery is used harshly, often crudely and contemptuously, for destructive purposes. It may be used in an indirect manner, and have the form of irony, as in “What a fine musician you turned out to be!” or it may be used in the form of a direct statement, “You couldn't play one piece correctly if you had two assistants.” The distinctive quality of sarcasm is present in the spoken word and manifested chiefly by vocal inflection ...[9]
Hostile, critical comments may be expressed in an ironic way, such as saying "don't work too hard" to a lazy worker. The use of irony introduces an element of humour which may make the criticism seem more polite and less aggressive. Sarcasm can frequently be unnoticed in print form, often times requiring the inflection or tone of voice to indicate the quip.

And it remains that 99% of people on H&V are good people.

Cooper is an exception.

If you're the sole judge and arbiter I hope I'm another exception.

That definition doesn't suggest in anyway that sarcasm is "fucking stupid", so why did you post it?

I'm confused now. Are you being sarcastic and ironic, thereby introducing an element of humour in order to make your criticism more polite and less aggressive or are you being humourless, rude and aggressive? I just don't know.

I don't think it'll help your grumpiness but my comment was more sardonic than sarcastic.

I'll leave it up to you if that makes it any cleverer or not.

There was just no point in making that comment at all, was there.

I (as in me) am amazed that people can take video pics of such goings on and then put them on Youtube to, in effect, incriminate themselves and / or other Villa fans.

Seems a bit mad to me, but maybe you can see the bigger picture - in a sardonic / sarcastic way.

Cerebral you are, cerebral.

I think most people would agree with you and be suprised (if not amazed) that people can be sufficiently dimwitted to put things like that on youtube, but your original post seemed to be expressing surprise that it was possible to do so.

Never underestimate the stupidity of people, I guess.

I do think that the 'we trash your bogs, you trash ours' is getting a little mad.

I am noticing a lot of yobbery being Youtubed up lately though - it's the latest way to show off I guess.
