The current back four, and Luke Young kind of gets a short term pass as he hasn't been as bad, aren't the future for us. We need younger, faster players that are technically better. We don't long ball players anymore, and those that just clear it because we're not looking to play counter attack. We need defenders who have pace enough to stay with a forward, can make a tackle, pass or bring the ball out. As much as Cuellar is a good defender, he's a liability in his distribution. Mind you, I'd swap him with Dunne in a second based on this years form.

Warnock and downing need to up their game, rather cuellar than Collins or dunne in central defence - bannan is wasted out wide , needs to come in and I'd replace hogg with fonz and play young out wide with bannan in the middle and fonz playing off gabby.

Nervewracking 2nd half to come- good luck lads!

Yep, go with that, we can win this if we have a go. Sit back and we lose - we just can't play that way and our defence is all over the shop. Wild clearances, huge gaps and headless chicken time every time they sling a ball into our box!

Even having played for a team which carries the city's name (shamefully), it is incredible that Curbishley still can't fucking pronounce it properly.

Barry Feruson is a cock!

Why single him out?
Why not?

Because they are all cocks.  Every last one of them.

I didnt think Gabby could be offside from a deflection
Agree with this one. Its not just touching a player, it is changing line of play, which should deem it as a "new situation", sidepass, that is kicked towards goal.

Gabby can't be offside because it wasn't a forward pass , it was off a blues player!

Bannan out wide is not working, that needs to change.

I would bring Carew on for Hogg and shove it up them.

This. Fucking annoying and getting right on my tits. But then none of these cockerney lovelies that Murdoch employs seem to realise there is a 'g' in Britain's second city. Wankers.

Our defence has been diabolical for a while, it goes back to the end of last season as well. It needs sorting.
