Isiah_Osbourne has tweeted that he's pleased that the Gaffer is starting him tonight. Hogg and Herd out.

Yikes.

I think the name NotIsaiahOsbourne and the 20 followers gives a clue to that one.

I would give Warnock a go in midfield..he's played there before and will at least put himself about, he's not gonna be missed at full back, just as a temporary measure.
Midfield is where the key is going to be tonight and I don't think Bannan and Clark will know what's hit them.

If we had another left-back to choose, that wouldn't be a bad idea. And no, I don't count Habib Beye as a left-back.

Switch Clark and Warnock positionally maybe?  Warnock may cover more ground in the middle and Clark adds extra height to the defence?  He's composed enough and left footed so could do a job at left back imo.

we're getting into MON territory with some of these tactical suggestions, can we please just stick to round pegs in round holes?

Ah, tis true, the wood-cutter's strike have hit the mansions of Shropshire hard dear Sir. Tis quite different in the rollingcountryside of Surrey where we have raized the local ne'er do wells shacks to the ground to enjoy the warmth offered in pertuetem. One can only shake one's heads at the snivelling oiks and how they can live in their filth.

Mr Nose, how is your area of the world?
