Dare I remind everyone that Bloes beat the Division Champions yesterday?
NO...... They will be talking about it for years.

Obviously in the minority but I think we have played pretty well today - could easily have had 3 or 4 goals.  Blackburn scored a fluke first goal and had lucky bounces in area for second - all bounces for us have gone away from our players. Better than some of the sterile crap we played under MON with far more experienced players!

Not tested the keeper enough. You've got to hit the target and make the keeper work. We haven't done that, we won't win.

We've made Robinson pull of 4 very good saves, not to mention hitting the bar. All I can remember from Blackburn is the two goals and the miss by the Spitter.

Granted we hit the bar. I would not say that Robinson has made four very good saves at all though. Really can't remember anything past Downing in the first five minutes. He certainly hasn't made a save that was uncomfortable.

Played some decent football but no cutting edge.  Who knows what it might have been but for Warnock at the end of the first half

Pires has done more in the 20 mins he's had on the pitch than Ireland has done since he signed.

I have only been following this match via this thread, but is that true?  I've no idea whether you're an Ireland fan or not, but if Pires has the fitness to offer something them he could be a great signing for the rest of the season.

We weren't outplayed today, we were outscored.
