For the record, I predict a 0-0 bore draw. Though I really think every one of us in the stands needs to get behind the team 100% and give them our full support, no moaning, no grunting...untill after.

I think a midfield three of Ireland, Bannan and Young further forward has pretty much no defensive instinct. I'd still put Clark in there, just so we can have that platform for the creative players to build on. For that system there to work you'd need all three contributing fully defensively and offensively, and I don't think that Bannan is ready to play that demanding a role yet - and Ash probably never will be. Ireland could, if he's taken GH's words to heart recently, but I'm not so sure yet.

By my reckoning, a 4-1 win takes us above Spurs, who are currently 6th. A defeat leaves us at best 15th. I know it's still pretty early in the season, but it's a weird league table this year.
