What about anybody born at Good Hope Hospital before 1974? As the main North B'ham hospital I would imagine a fair proportion of over 36's were born there from the North of the City? (I'm one of them). Does that make me a non-Brummie?

Sutton is Birmingham though, if it isn't they'd better give me my council tax back.

I think it was the Duke of Wellington who said 'If a dog is born in a stable it does not make him a horse', although I'm not sure what that adds to the row.

The Duke of Wellington was Irish

What's this racist Gabby song?

It really became a hit with the noses when they discovered his mother had pro-created with a black man.

There a two clubs in Birmingham; one is one of the most successful clubs in England with a rich history, the other one is well, err... who are they?

I've been to lots of countries in Europe, a few countries in Asia, United States and the Carribean... and I can honestly say no-one who I spoke to knew who Birmingham City were, many knew who Aston Villa were and could name several of our players.

Of course you're right, after all you've followed me by my side all around the world and know who I've come into contact with on my travels.

Serious question Sheldon which I'd like you to answer... what club do you think people have heard of more abroad, Torino or Juventus?

There's a pretty damn offensive picture doing the rounds featuring Geoff Horsfield and a message aimed a Gabby. Scumbag.

Some years ago I spent six months in South America. As you can imagine it's not difficult there to get the conversation around to football. Virtually everyone I met there had heard of Aston Villa. O.K. some of them would not have known that A.V. were from Birmingham. Doesn't matter, they'd heard of us and knew of our huge role in helping to turn football into the world game. They'd never heard of you. It's called "History". You can come out with the usual snide "yes, but what have you won lately." What have you ever won?

Although that's not a particulary fair question to put to our friendly resident nose - Torino have after all won seven league titles, five cups and have been to a European final.

If we're the Juventus then it's bit insulting to Torino to make them the Small Heath of the analogy.

You knew the answer I was looking for was Juventus so then you purpopesly pick Torino? Pathetic.

We're the equivalent to Juventus, successful club and don't have the name of the city whereas Birmingham City are the equivalent to Torino, small club (well, I say small but yet they've still won quite a lot, but aren't quite as big as their neighbours) and has the city's name. Just given you an example their yet you'll still probably dispute it.

All big cities in Britain have 2 good teams in the city... why is it that your pathetic excuse of a club has to ruin it all by being shit and have never won anything?

True. Just makes it even more depressing that we have to share the city with them. Atleast win something then we wouldn't have to rip the piss out of you all the time...

What does this sign he's holding say? Tried looking for the picture out of curiousity but instead came across some sickening one on that lot aimed at the villa fan that died.
