I can not and will not predict anything but a Villa win....even if I am a tad worried.
1-0 Heskey

I am normally quite optimistic  on these occasions, but as a betting man with an eye on the laws of averages, I suspect damage inflicted by agents Ridgewell and Gardener must happen at some point.

My biggest worry is that this will mean more to some of their players than our own and that they are quite capable of just roughing us over - much as they used to try and do in the 70s and 80s, not without success on some occasions...

I'll go 0-0 with a possible 1-0 for us

1-0 to us.  A tight match won by a late Heskey goal.

3-2 Villa

We go 1 nil down.

We get 2 back

They sneak one in to draw level

We win in the 89th minute with a Downing cracker.

Game over - au revoir you stinking bastards.

----------------Brad Snr-------------------
Beye------Collins-----Cuellar---Warnock
------Ireland----NRC-----Sidwell---------
------Young---Heskey---Downing-------

Similar to most other predicted formations except I want us to win the midfield battle before we let Ireland push forward.  I think it looks like a reasonable team with more quality than Brum.

Despite this, I think a 0-0 is likely.

Friedel
Beye - Collins - Dunne - Warnock
Sidwell - NRC
Young - Ireland - Downing
Heskey

1-1

Sidwell and a Dunne error giving them an equaliser.

Ah fuck it, Ashley will win it for us.

Talksport, the fucking wankers, have got Kevin Phillips coming on now to do an interview. So in the pre-interview build up they started playing "Keep right On..." - I've never moved so fast in my whole life to turn the bloody thing off.

Are you Martin O'Neill? There's at least 2 players out of position there.

Think about it, Sidwell was awful against burnley, we physically have noone else to play in midfield, collins is the next best thing available.

And Delfouneso has played wide right before (against Blackburn) and at the moment I trust him more than Ireland.

I'm convinced that Sidwell will cost us if he plays!

When do we tell the watching noses that all this defeatist talk is just designed to lull them into a false sense of security and the reality is we are going to BREAK YER 'EARTS, and yes, IT AY FAIR TOM!, and AT LEAST YOW GOT THE NAME OF THE CITY, LIKE.

3-0 Villa.
