If I recall correctly, NRC was immediately given the armband when he broke into MK Dons 1st team as a 19 year old.  He's captaincy material for sure.

Preferably an Influence score of over 15.

Lots of things really, but when I say 'captain material' I'm usually thinking of being the main voice on the pitch giving out encouragement and rollickings as necessary.

The moved summed him uyp really. In the 93rd minute of the game he still had the energy to close down, win a tackle and charge thirty yards towards goal, only to lack the final quality in the box.

Our midfield needs him mind.
