Having ignored this thread all day out of respect for the spurs I work alongside, I quite upset that I've just sat through 7 pages of nonsense about mismanagement, floodlights and various other shit.

Personally I don't like them because of the 'the year ends in a 1 so the cup is ours' bollocks they come out with every decade.  I wouldn't even let that get to me if it wasn't for the fact that the media like to act as if someone knocking them out in those years (I'm 33, there have been 3 years like that and they've won fuck all in any of them) is some kind of affront to the gods of football.
