Why do I hate Spurs?

Can you be considered a big club when you've only been Champions twice?

Not for me.

We have been champions once in the last 100 years but id say we are a big club -the likes of utd, arsenal , liverpool are bigger.

I would say villa newcastle and spurs Are all in  the biggest 8 clubs in the country - west ham are not.

 Oh of course, West Ham are strictly Mickey Mouse, but Spurs... they've been a good side for the past 7 or so years, but they've won two titles in their entire history. We've won 7, Everton 9 and their near neighbours 13.

Nah, they're a good side and a decent sized club, but their N17 postcode is what has been most advantageous for them.

I think I've realised that I don't actually hate Spurs, I just didn't like them very much when that 'Orrible red, jowley-faced get was manager there. Mind, you've got to feel sorry for a club who've now got branding that makes me think of undercrackers plastered all over their stadium, and whose best asset will probably be signed up by Real because Madrid zoo is short of chimp-like creatures.

I think they're a big club, just not in our league with Everton, who are not in the same league as Arsenal, who are in turn not in the same league as Man United or Liverpool.

I don't hate Tiottenham to be honest. Their team is a collection of individuals though rather than a team. if Bale isn't playing well then that's it usually.

Still detest Spurs but I have to admit that Bale in his current form tempers my dislike of them.  He is player of the season without doubt and he is a joy to watch in such form.  Then there's that glove waring toss pot at the back with the tied mop of hair, Corluka.  He's rapidly approaching Ferdinand status and the epitome of what a Tottenham player is all about and more than undos any good that Bale brings to them.
