I wander what was said at half time?

Something along the lines of:  "well lads, we look a big threat going forward, so what i want you to do is let Wolves have as much of the ball as possible, show no attacking intent, put the ball out for needless corners, throwins and give away as many silly free kicks as you can.  Look extremely tired and unfit and above all else, defend crosses like fuckin retards

If we could only master playing in both halves, we'd be a more than decent outfit.

Trouble is, what can we do right now? This isn't the sort of game for Ireland or Bannan.

Maybe one of the two on for Downing for freshness sake. But we need some bite in there. Sidwell is too much of a liability, but it may have to be him.

Third sub from Wolves to try to win the game. We have had our customary one.

We'd be three or four to the bad today if it hadn't been for Cuellar. Hats off to the Spaniard.

The worrying thing as that all the defenders have played well, we have both of our defensive midfielders playing and we dont look anything like secure.

Clearly our fitness is a big issue that needs sorting. I think it's gonna be a month or two before Houllier can get his stamp on things, with this squad. He'll want to shift a lot of dead wood in jan too. Big job on his hands.

Without Cueller being good in the Air we would have lost this match by 4 or 5 at the moment.
