Since when has Joe Frazier circa 1971 played for Wolves?
Today shall evermore be known as the 'mingle with the Dingles'

At Loggerheads with the doggerheads?

Nice to see the Wolves fans booing their own players. They're only one down.

Decent first half, that. Some good stuff, but we could really use another goal (or 6). Great game for Albrighton, although I think he'll have to work harder against Elekobi.

I'll take that, although I will be wary of the usual second half capitulation.

Great to see NRC with his arm around Albrighton as they went off. Exactly what you want from your senior players.

Good first half, an early goal in the second half should sort it out for us.....hopefully.

Carlos seems to everywhere. Reads the game so well.

Yep. He's a quality player. In all fairness he was very unlucky not to be a first choice at CH last season, if not for a very impressive partnership of Collins and Dunne. I think some have forgotten after seeing him so often played out of position.

In my opinion I think he's actually the best CB we have in all honesty.

Wolves to win 8/1. That's promising.

Heskey is providing an outlet, the ball gets up to him and he's either winning it in the air or laying it off.

Ash looks like he can cut through them at anytime and young Albrighton has been our biggest  threat. So much so that Boxhead has pulled off the fullback already.

Still a lot of life left in this game though.

Wolves are well in it, despite not playing particularly well. A goal to them and you feel they might be hard to contain. A goal to us though and we could run out comfortable winners.

Good, entertaining first half. A proper derby.

I just hope we don't suffer from all these long throws into the box. The players seem to have been told if in doubt, knock it out. We're putting a lot of additional pressure on ourselves, let's just hope we can hold out and get another.

Warnocks the only one that worries me but the rest have been  good , just need to up it second half and grab that second one to kill the interbreeders off

100% agree - and MON nearly ruined all that by insisting by playing him at RB.  What a tit he is.

Anyway, onwards and upwards.

So far so good. It's been fairly comfortable. When we play, we play some good stuff. Above all we look well organised and the side has some balance. I'd still like to see more from Warnock and Petrov, but everyone else looks well up for it.

We do look a lot better and a lot more solid than previous matches, for having Cueller and Nigel in the side.

Luke Young has been excellent too. Really glad we managed to keep hold of him.
