It does mean that Carroll is totally assured of starting EVERY England game for the next x number of years now too. This is clearly why  Kenny took the job though, he was a cheque book manager at Blackburn, and is repeating the formula at Liverpool mrk2.

Bradley confirmed!

Excellent.
Thats sorts the midfield for now!!   Makoun + Bannan + Bradley  with  Delph + NRC + Stan + Pires to keep in reserve.

So the SSN reporter in Chelsea can now get excited and look out for that helicopter. Torres will be on his way as he has now been given permission to talk to Chelsea.

Bradley confirmed!

Excellent.
Think we are under estimating what a good signing Bradley may turn out to be......

Driving home in an unfamiliar car this evening had the gross misfortune to hear some of TalkSport. Cripes. Did i really hear that drivel? And was a former cricketer really on their debating football transfers?

Radio Two was quickly rediscovered.

All done then.

Walker, Makoun, Bent, Bradley in.

Sidwell, Guzan, Carew, Davies, Osbourne and maybe Ireland out.

Not bad. Hopefully we can add Walker and Bradley permanently in the Summer...

Wow, wow. Wow. Liverpool being praised on SSN for the way they've conducted their transfers (including the Carroll one).

Yes they must be very pleased with the way they asked Carrol to put in a transfer request to make the deal possible today.

And to get two players to uphold the bindippers' high ethical standards (bindipper myth number 741)

One who kicks off in night clubs and the other who bites players during a game

Now if we can just sign off on Ireland going to Newcastle it will have been a brilliant window all round.

Well done GH, Randy and especially Paul Faulkner who quite frankly does not get the credit he deserves.
