Strange that considering they've let Konchesky go, hopefully somebody else has come in for him on a permanent deal so we've pulled the plug, wishful thinking

Re Man City and needing cover for Adam Johnson.... why don't they just play whoever starts most weeks ahead of Johnson?

Loaning Warnock out this January would be my least favourite option. I'd rather we either sold him and bought a new LB now (clock ticking, doubtful unless something is bubbling under) or kept him for the rest of the season to sit on the bench as cover for Clark (especially while Baker is suspended).
