Blues accepted £1m reportedly from Newcastle so if we want him he would be fairly cheap- I just don't see him as a first teamer though and would be surprised if larsson interested us, piquionne I don't see as being of the quality we are looking for in a striker.

Rumours here of us signing McGregor, Scott Brown and David Goodwillie. Not reliable ones, mind but rumours all the same.

I hope and think the Brown stuff is bullshit (Even worse at passing than NRC in the SPL), I'd rather have Westwood than McGregor and Goodwillie would be a good idea if he wasn't a total troublemaker.

Bent would be the signing MON should have made when we bought Heskey. Again that summer. If there is a sniff of getting him now the club should move all wind and fire to do so, he is as consistent a scorer as you can get outside the top 4, and would be a brilliant signing. Add him to Makoun, and get Walker for keeps, the team for next season would be starting to take an exciting shape IMO.

Still don't think Sunderland will sell though.
