I think we have got it all wrong trying to sign footballers. The geezer on SSN keeps going on about "magical nights under the lights at White-Hart lane". Surely we could sign these lights for a couple of million quid. At least we would win all our mid-week games. Hire a couple of Eddie Stobart lorries to get them up here. Can someone tell me why we are putting bids in for Charlie Adam, when we have plenty of midfielders already.....ie Bannan, Hogg, Ireland, Young, Downing, Petrov, Reo, Albrighton, Herd, Gardner, Pires, Delph (apologies for any I have missed). He is a average to good player but I cant see what more he will add
