I bet those same people were slamming Kyle Walker before he signed, and would have lambasted the manager if we sign players from the lower leagues, yet herald Moyes for finding the likes of Cahill. Charlie Adam has done very well indeed for Blackpool, and sometimes players from small teams do make the step up seamlessly. Apparently we've upped our bid, so why don't we just see how it turns out before jumping off a bridge at every piece of news about the club and its targets. I've never known hysteria like it.
